the BIG adventures of a little girl...

WELCOME to the world of Madeleine Mary, a charming little princess with a neverending smile, bright blue eyes, and an insatiable curiosity that keeps her parents constantly on their toes.

Day 2 at the Fair

I'm back in the Kiddie Barn again. We did stop to see Grandma Mary again and eat more fries (Mom has a thing for potatoes), but then headed straight to my favorite place.

This is Della the Donkey. Daddy was trying to teach me the noise she makes, but I just found him funny. Della was very sweet. Today I liked the smaller goats and the chicks best.

Yep, I'm climbing again. When I'm older, I can go beyond this gate to the little farm. Kids get to go pretend to plant and harvest veggies, take care of animals, and other fun stuff.

Hanging out by the goats...they were camera shy. I'm sitting like this because yesterday, I saw an older girl sit this way to play with the goats. I'm really learning a lot from other kids lately. That's how I got the idea to climb the gate.

Anyway, most of our time at the fair was spent here again. We didn't stay as long today because we had errands to run. I hear we'll be here a lot longer tomorrow with Boppa & Grandma G, Auntie Sherry, and Auntie Karen & Aunt Dan. Plus, we'll get to stop and see Grandma Mary at a different booth.

Do you think there will be more fries?
