the BIG adventures of a little girl...

WELCOME to the world of Madeleine Mary, a charming little princess with a neverending smile, bright blue eyes, and an insatiable curiosity that keeps her parents constantly on their toes.

Ox Hunting We Will Go!

We set out Sunday to find the last three . We even made it to two of them!
Meet Babe the Green Ox. I liked this one because he was next to a little Paul Bunyan statue and near the real Paul's giant shoes.

Here's the front of the the green ox. This one was donated by the same company as one called Windy who stands near a wind turbine just like the one on this Babe's front leg.

And the back. You can't quite see, but he has a giant solar panel across the top of his back. He is green after all!

Next we have Fanny, Paul Bunyan's Caddy. I really liked her massive, red lips!

Fanny from the front...she sure has some fancy socks.

A better look at Paul's clubs.
Don't the pearls just make the outfit?!?

Okay, I can be a bit of a nut sometimes. I like to peek around and through tables legs, fences, tree branches. Usually Mom isn't lucky enough to have a camera in hand to capture my antics.

Off we went to find the last one, unfortunately, we didn't know it was only about 2 minutes from the Green Ox. Over half an hour later, I was asleep and still no ox! Mom's blaming Google's directions. Sometimes, especially with more rural areas, they're WAY, WAY, WAY off base. Don't worry, we'll figure out where it is. We can't miss the last one!
While we were on our wild ox chase, I used my backpack for a hat.
