Uncle Brian! Uncle Brian!

Yesterday, I finally got to meet Uncle Brian. He is Daddy's younger brother. Last time he was here, I was still in Mommy's tummy, about five months from being born. It was fun to see him face to face. He gave me a big smile, and after checking him out for a few seconds, I gave him one in return. He hung out with Mommy and me all afternoon. We had a good time laughing and playing. When I got tired and took a nap, so did Uncle Brian -- me in my bouncy chair, and him on the couch! When Daddy came home, we all went to dinner and the DQ.

This morning, when I woke up, there he was again. He came to go fishing, but it was too rainy, so Daddy made breakfast. The smell of those potatoes made me hungry too, so Uncle Brian gave me a bottle. He even left his food to get cold so Mommy and Daddy could eat theirs hot.

He and Daddy (and maybe Mommy's brother Uncle Dan) are fishing now. Hopefully they are having a good time and catch lots of fish...and Mommy hopes they remembered sunscreen. She thinks Daddy's neck is red enough.

I need to head off for a nap now so I can be rested and ready to play when Daddy and Uncle Brian get back. Too bad Uncle Brian can't be with us more. I'd say my cousin Daniel and I should try to get him to move back to Minnesota, but I know Uncle Brian is happy with his job and all the snow in Utah. Cute as we are, we won't pressure him to move just yet, but I wonder if we can get him to stop that smelly bad habit of his. Hmmm, maybe I should call Daniel before my nap...
